Got a big event coming up in 4 weeks and you want to be in shape? Well, we have all been there. The question is really how much weight can you lose in that time?

Every individual is different. The Formula Diet addresses dealing with time frames but here are a couple quick tips.

1. Watch your portions. Try taking 1/2 as much and then go back if you still hungry.

2. Drink lots of water.

3. If you drink soda’s – try and cut them out (or down to 1 per day).

4. Eat anything that expires! Items like fruits and vegetables are great for filling you up while not hurting the calorie count.

5. Stay away from processed foods. Chips, etc can be a real weight loss killer. Not only are they high in fat, they are also easy to eat too many.

6. Get moving – If you don’t normally do anything for exercise, get out and at least walk everyday for 30 minutes.

7. Four weeks is a short amount of time, so you really can’t expect massive results. Stay away from sugar (especially processed) as much as possible.
